Our products are crafted from Swanstone®, a state-of-the-art solid surface material formed through a compression-molding process. This thermoset material is a mix of polymer resins, fillers, and reinforcement additives, resulting in an extraordinary level of resistance to heat, impact, expansion, and various chemicals. Notably, the color permeates the entire material, eliminating the risk of chipping or cracking from surface coatings.

A single threshold configuration indicates there is one designated entry point, while the other three edges have flanges designed to fit securely behind the shower wall, ensuring a watertight installation.

Swan granite sinks fall under the category of composite sinks and are produced with approximately 80% natural quartz, making them incredibly durable. Unlike granite countertops, there’s no need for sealing to protect against stains. However, applying granite cleaner and polish can enhance shine and prolong the intervals between cleanings. We recommend using warm water along with a soft, clean cloth or sponge. Non-abrasive liquid cleaners are also suitable.

It is advisable to use a sink base that is one size larger than the sink, for example, a 36-inch cabinet. Nevertheless, if you’re opting for a drop-in installation, it will fit seamlessly into a 33-inch base cabinet.

All Swan Granite Sinks come with a factory-drilled single hole, with additional drilling points located beneath the sink for any extra faucet or accessory placements. These additional holes can be easily drilled out using a drill and a 1-1/4 inch carbide-tipped hole saw.

Swan's dual mount granite sinks offer flexibility with installation options: they can be set up as a drop-in sink with the rim visible above the countertop, or they can be mounted underneath for a sleek, seamless look. This type of installation is compatible with various countertop materials, including granite, tile, or solid surface.

All Swan sinks arrive pre-drilled with a 1-3/8 inch hole to accommodate standard faucets, although faucets are not included with the products.

Swan vanity tops come with a pre-drilled single faucet hole, while additional drill points underneath can accept either a 4-inch or 8-inch spread faucet. You can easily drill extra faucet holes using a drill and a 1-3/8 inch carbide-tipped hole saw.

Each vanity top includes a molded backsplash, integrated during manufacturing, which stands 3 inches high to protect the back wall against splashes and spills.

It is possible to trim the width of the vanity top to suit your specifications; however, we recommend this be done only if the cut edge will be placed against a wall, as trimming will leave unfinished sides. You can use a fine-tooth carbide blade (60-80 teeth) for this task.

Products made from Swan's solid surface material showcase a matte finish that simplifies cleaning and maintenance using common household cleaners. Regular cleaning with household liquid cleaners is advisable, and abrasive liquids or cleansers are effective when used with nylon scouring pads or sponges. Mineral stain removers are also suitable for use. Please avoid metal scouring pads.

With Swanstone® solid surface products, the color is integrally blended throughout the material. Minor scratches can be buffed out with an abrasive general cleaner, while deeper scratches may require fine grit sandpaper (360 or 400 grit). If desired, an automotive rubbing compound can be used post-sanding for better texture consistency.

These solid surface products are characterized by a matte finish, in contrast to the glossy appearance of porcelain sinks. This matte finish not only makes them easy to clean but also allows for the use of typical household cleaners, including abrasive cleansers, without compromising the surface.

During the drop-in or top mount installation processes, clips and screws are utilized to secure the sink to the countertop. These installation clips are included in the package.

The versatile designs of Swan's dual mount kitchen sinks allow for either drop-in or undermount installation, with undermount setups being appropriate for various countertops such as granite, tile, or solid surface.

Every Swan sink ships with a pre-drilled 1-3/8 inch hole suitable for a standard faucet; it is important to note that faucets are not part of the product package.

Swanstone® material exhibits heat resistance, thereby preventing thermal expansion and contraction. Nevertheless, it is important not to use Swanstone® products in areas that are subjected to prolonged temperatures exceeding 450°F.
