24V Truck 12V RV Parking Cooler DR3 was designed according to market feedback in the past few years. 4 cold air vents type is more acceptable by customers becuase it's easy to handle, so this design was kept. When market demands stronger cooling capacity, we adjusted the previous model and upgraded it with double fans to provide more air flow. To make the refrigerant circulation faster, we make the condenser 2 times big as before. Also for some heavy machinery users, they require 48V-72V air conditioning system, and we make this model with 48V-72V version. Besides, for 24V, 48V-72V types, both heating and cooling AC is avaible.

Clean the area around the skylight to ensure it is free from debris and defects.

Apply high-elastic sealing sponge to prevent leaks, ensuring a tight seal between the unit and the skylight.

Attach the unit to the skylight using the fixed screws, adjusting its position carefully to ensure proper alignment.

Ensure the use of glass glue for added sealing, confirming that no leakage occurs around the edges.

Connect the cables to the appropriate battery voltage (24V, 48V, 60V, or 72V), ensuring correct polarity to avoid damage.

By following these installation steps, users can ensure a secure and effective setup of their 24V-12V RV and Truck Parking Cooler.

Attention: Refrigerant oil is filled in the rooftop/split air conditioner before delivery. After first time installation, do not fill more refrigerant. In case of any refrigerant leakage in using the parking air conditioner, add 80ml refrigerant oil POE68 again. The refrigerant oil must be of high quality.

How to maintain parking air conditioner?

Before cleaning it, make sure the air conditioner is turned off, powered off and unplugged.

* To clean indoor unit evaporator surface:

Wash the cleaning cloth in clean water, dry it and wipe the surface of the unit. The cloth can be dipped in the water solution of neutral cleaner.

* To clean the core of evaporation tank:

Remove the indoor unit case and blow off the dust on the surface with compressed air.

* To clean outdoor unit:

Remove the unit case and clean the condenser with compressed air. Avoid any bump against the condenser.

If you don’t use the parking air conditioner for a long time, unplug the air conditioner and wrap the outdoor unit and avoid any bump

* To use the parking air conditioner after long-time storage:

Clean the unit body, condenser, and evaporation unit; check if there is foreign matter at the air inlet/outlet of the indoor and outdoor unit; check if the drain pipe is clear; put batteries in the remote control; make inspection and power it on.

Tips:

Clean the air conditioner once every month. If there is too much dust in the working environment, increase the cleaning frequency accordingly. Please make regular cleaning to make sure it can run normally.
